When I first started wearing makeup, Revlon was one of the first drugstore brands that I bought mostly because of the great price point and pigmented eyeshadow palettes. So when Revlon reached out and presented the opportunity to create five bold looks, I jumped at the chance. Their PR sent over a fairly large box of new and best-selling products, including foundation, concealers, eye liners, highlighter, lipsticks, and of course eyeshadow palettes!
Quick disclaimer: I am not a beauty guru or makeup artist by any means. My makeup routine rarely changes. I use the same products almost every time I do my makeup, so it was fun for me to step out of my comfort zone and play around with new products.

For my day one look, I used the Revlon Colorstay Enigma Palette, which has eight shades of purple hues and neutral transition shades. I also used the Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner in black and attempted a more graphic liner look.

Day two, I decided to try something blue. I was pleasantly surprised by the pigmentation of the Revlon Colorstay Player Palette. This icy blue shadow made for the perfect pop of color to use on my bottom lash line. I’m obsessed with it. I used the darker blue shade in the palette to create a liner and then the lighter, frostier shade in my inner corner to brighten up my eyes.

I’m excited to create the next three looks and share how they turn out!
